The team at Leda Financial Group Pty Ltd is simply about helping people reach their financial goals
We've recognized there are a huge number of people who need financial advice and don't know where to seek it, or feel that they can't afford it. Our original practice, Leda Financial Advice Ltd, was established to provide low cost and pro bono financial advice to people in financial hardship, low income earners, or those with low financial literacy. The journey since then has grown the business into a holistic financial services group with professional services in finance, mortgage broking, financial advice for clients both in need and in mature financial positions as well as tax and business planning
This advice is provided by an experienced, professional and qualified team who all genuinely care for their clients.
Founding Director & Principle Adviser
Our founding director Michael Ward has over 21 years experience in financial services and over 16 years experience as a licensed financial adviser. The Global Financial Crisis following 2007 had a fundamental impact on Michael's approach to the financial advice he provides clients. His focus is to provide advice and strategies that reach a clients goals with minimal risk, the greatest degree of probability and in the most efficient manner possible. Michael has a Masters of Financial Planning, Masters of Applied Finance and is a member of the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) Australia and the Financial Planning Association (FPA) Australia.
Director & Chartered Accountant
Heather is a Chartered Accountant and a Director of Leda Tax and Business Services. Heather and Michael have worked together successfully on many mutual clients to deliver holistic advice designed to reach client needs. Heather ethical and pragmatic approach have helped her grow her engagement and relationships with clients immensely. Heather is not a licensed financial adviser and does not provide financial advice.
Finance Broker
Tracey is the Finance Broker for Leda Home Loans and Finance, with extensive experience in supporting Brokers and finance professionals for over 5 years, along with previous home and business lending prior to that. Tracey is incredibly passionate in creating a strong relationship with clients. Her focus is to provide personally tailored experiences for all clients to achieve the best outcomes, while making sure each individual receives the highest level of professional and quality service. Tracey’s warm personality and attitude towards all clients gives her the ability to create meaningful and personal relationships.
